I wanted to report an issue regarding my Season 24 Ranked badge in Apex Legends. Despite meeting the requirements, my Masters badge is not animated.
For context, I reached Platinum 4 in Split 1 and then Masters in Split 2. I did this intentionally, following the official Ranked rules which state that you will receive an animated badge if you meet or exceed your Split 1 rank in Split 2. Based on this, I should have qualified for the animated Masters badge.
This issue also occurred in Season 23. At the time, I assumed it was because I didn’t play much in Split 1 and only hit Masters in Split 2. So for Season 24, I made sure to follow the guidelines exactly—but the result was the same.
This seems like a recurring bug that’s affected my account for two seasons now. Is there any way this can be looked into or resolved?
