Ranked game with only 3 squads

After the ranked game started, both my teammates got disconnected. There were also only 3 squads as a whole in the lobby. Shortly after I landed and tried to fight another player that landed next to me, I got disconnected. I think it said something about Anticheat but I am not sure anymore. After I loaded back into the lobby, it seems I was actually awarded RP for the placement. I think this could be somebody using an exploit or just a crazy coincidence where I and 3 other squads (or players) didnt get disconnected.
