Raptors Claw

So I used to play on PS5 before moving to PC. I have linked all my accounts and everything saved besides the Raptors Claw universal heirloom. I have talked to many EA support people and I have asked many times to talk to a DEV or someone higher up in the company. I am very upset because heirlooms are expensive and I spent a lot of hours and time working on 500 packs just for it to be removed. I was wondering if there is a way to fix that.
