Reactive skins missing VFX when switching too fast

If you switch weapon with VFX (mythic, reactive skins) too fast, the effect will be lost. It is really easy to reproduce. Simply holstering the weapon and immediately (before hand animation occurs) switching back to it. Wall jumps sometimes cause the bug too.
