reproducable lobby freeze after reporting

game freezes shortly after reporting a player from the lobby 

will not be able to join games despite it claiming to have connected to them 

if you get pass rewards at this time it locks you to the reward page, trying to esc or spacebar out of it reopens reward page immediately 

character model idle animation in the lobby stops shortly after the report indicating the problem has started 

fixable by returning to the title screen or restarting game
