Respawned and can't heal

I was respawned from a mobile respawn beacon and could not heal after taking damage. I also could not open the quick heal select menu or my inventory. Could not select an upgrade or ping or use the ping wheel.

I can't upload the whole video, but here is a temporary share link from steam. It doesn't show much except the fact that I am trying to ping, heal, activate upgrade, and none of those things happen.

    The same thing just happened to me respond from a mobile respond beacon and the heath select wheel wouldn't pop up I could heal by pressing up arrow but couldn't change what the healing item was had to go into my inventory to select it.

    The exact same thing just happened to me. I was about to make an inquiry when I came across this post, so I wanted to express my agreement.
