Reward not present in Legend Locker but indication saying I have one.

Same here, I've had this on two characters for several months/seasons now, I've lost count of how long. 

On one of them I even bought all of the trackers I didn't have unlocked yet (using crafting metals), and have gone through the entire tracker list at least twice, equipping them and removing them. Still showing up as the character having "new" trackers.
