Riot Drill bugged

Mad Maggie's tac Riot Drill no longer works when placed on Newcastle's tac Mobile Shield. 
Attempting to drill the shield will cause the drill to vanish and do no damage, sometimes refunding the tac charge sometimes not. Easily repeatable. Been the case for at least the past season.
