RMB not able to be used in keybinds

Issue: When trying to remap the MnK (Mouse and Keyboard) the RMB (Right Mouse Button) is unable to be reattached once detached from it's original keybind -- original keybind == ADS toggle

Impact: Low/Medium -- Players may be set with how they like to ADS

Repro Steps:

1. Launch Apex Legends
2. Open Settings
   1. MnK press ESC
3. Go to MOUSE/KEYBOARD Settings
4. Scroll down to WEAPONS & ABILITIES
5. Locate ADS toggle and ADS hold
   1. They are next to each other
   2. About 10 from the top of the subcategory title
6. Right Click to clear the ADS toggle input
7. Now try to re-enter the RMB as the input
8. Observe the input does not go back in and now is an unusable button
   1. To get button back Player has to reset to default

Didn't test other inputs for different systems  (ie. Controller)

Actual: RMB is unable to reconnect once disconnected from a key

Expected: RMB is able to be reconnected and disconnected to any key
