Road to ranked

My road to ranked challange trial hasnt been progressing and its stuck at the challenge for „get 3 knockdowns with pistols“ this is super annoying and everything I do i cant finish the quest it just does not progress I even have 13 pistol kills on wattson alone.

please help me fix this issue (: !!!
