Screen Flicker Bug

Hey! I think this bug is exclusive to season 25 but I am not 100% sure. So, whenever I stay idle on the lobby (for example I finished a game, went to the lobby and then thought I would take a lunch break and just walked away from my computer) after a little while the screen starts flickering and the longer I stay idle the more intense the flicker is. This does not happen on any other app. It is 100% Apex-related. Also, it's worth mentioning that after the flickering has started if I go ahead and play a game, the flicker stops as soon as I get to the Waiting for players screen. Then after the game is over and I go back to the lobby the flicker continues so the bug is definitely lobby related. Another thing I noticed is that if I am idle on Apex but I Alt tab to another full screen app like a browser for example and then take my break, the flicker does not start. It's only if Apex is the active full screen app. The only troubleshooting step that works is restarting the computer. Restarting Apex does not work. Not even by force quitting it from Task Manager. Lastly, once, I had the intense flicker and I Alt tabbed to my browser and some of it bled through to my browser screen so I could literally see some of Apex flickering UI on my browser...
