Scrollbar in loot boxes / supply boxes cannot be dragged or clicked after update

Hi,

I am having an issue with the user interface during looting. My mouse wheel is broken, so I usually rely on the UI elements to scroll down through the loot menus (like death boxes and supply boxes).

Previously, I was able to click and drag the thin scrollbar on the left side of the loot menu to see the rest of the items but now When I click on the scrollbar, it plays the UI click sound, but the menu does not scroll down or move at all.

Since it plays the sound, the game clearly registers the click, but the scrolling functionality is completely broken. Could you please look into this and fix the drag-and-drop/clickable functionality of the loot menu scrollbar?
