Servers Issue

I start playing apex from s1 first i was getting 90,110 ping  50/30 (i/O)

Im from Pakistan play on ap south east or ey-central 1

From last 3 seasons I'm getting 200,210 ping 

125/90 (i/O)

Not playable everything from n

My side is perfect  having issue only with apex legends all other games are like before .

All my friends getting this ping nowadays 

Kindly apex fix it
