I get this error message every time I try top open any apex packs. SH_GRX.GNUT#1633 [UI] The index "11044" does not exist
It then send me to the home screen of apex. I do not believe I am getting any rewards from the apex packs when I reopen apex from the home screen. I have tried repairing the game as well as clearing the cache.

I also have the exact same issue. I am running on pc. I have tried repairing the game, clearing the cache in the EA app, and redownloading the entire game. I know, it is not giving me any apex packs rewards. I have opened around 15 since it started happening.
目前通过 EA help 的对话，暂时无法解决这个问题， 试过重新下载ea app 、修复ea app ，修复游戏， 重新下载apex，均无法解决这个问题。不止是游戏活动箱子无法领取，等级经验赠送的箱子也无法开启，还有英雄列表里面的 英雄“侵蚀” 的旗帜的追踪器的小红点也无法消除，但这个英雄里面都没有新的物品
目前我也遇到了这个问题，通过PC端的 EA APP 去玩的，中国地区，但是目前通过 EA help 的对话，暂时无法解决这个问题， 试过重新下载ea app 、修复ea app ，修复游戏， 重新下载apex，均无法解决这个问题。也联系过你们的客服，也没解决，在游戏里，不止是游戏活动箱子无法领取，等级经验赠送的箱子也无法开启，还有英雄列表里面的 英雄“侵蚀” 的旗帜的追踪器的小红点也无法消除，但这个英雄里面都没有新的物品是需要我去点击的，有红色三角形ICON，但没有新物品。
