Skins I have unlocked are locked again for some reason

I have been away from apex for a while but upon return I have noticed that several legendary legend skins i had are no longer unlocked I have tried the fixes and waiting a few hours that google Ai suggested like switching data center and closing app and starting up again nothing has returned my previously unlocked skins feels like the over 2000 hours I've put into the game has been for nothing
