Still losing rp after teammate left mid game

Hi so I keep running into the issue of my third deciding to throw the game and then backing out and it's causing us to have to fight full teams with just two people and we still lose points even though they abandoned the match before they timed out can you please give a heavier punishment to leaving the match I'm tired of getting rp taken from me because incompetent people
