Still not crediting Apex Coins to account after purchase 6 years later.
I have been buying apex coins for a few days now, they don't give me the coins to my account. I then have contacted them multiple times so they can manually add them to my account. BUT they can't manually add them to your account until 24 hours have passed since you've made the purchase. Soooo basically when you buy apex coins, you have to wait 24 hours, then you have to use this terrible website to reach the chat with an EA employee, then you will finally get your apex coins. AND another thing they can't give you a refund on your money until the apex coins have been added to your account so they can remove them and give you your money. PIECE OF GARBAGE COMPANY 6 YEARS LATER STILL HAVEN'T FIXED THE ISSUE.
