Stuck at 1280:720

I am playing on a Lenovo Yoga Pro 9 16IMH9. My screen resolution is 3200:2000, that is an aspect ratio of 16:10. I am unable to change either the aspect ratio nor the resolution. I mean there is no option for anything else other than the 1280:720 and 16:9.

I have been trying to fix it with every available solution online but nothing has fixed this visual bug of no options. 

To get a normal resolution I have tampered with the "videoconfig.txt" to manually change the setting. This works fine but I hope that that isn't the official solution.
