Stuttering

Hello Respawn

I have recently downloaded apex legends via steam on my gaming laptop, once logged in to the game i have severe stuttering/freezing. Approximately half of it is gameplay and have is lag or frozen screen. Video of issue attached. 

Specs of PC: Lenovo LOQ | i5 12450HX | RTX 3050 6GB| 16gb + 8gb ddr5| Micron 512gb gen4x4 approximately 40gb free space

Fixes tried: Lowering all graphical settings to a minimum, clean install of graphic drivers which worked one day then the next day stopped, closing background apps, lowering refresh rate and fps cap, changing sound from 7.1ch to mono and then stereo, changing audio output device from default to my specific device(BT earphones). I am using a LAN cable as well as wifi tested
