Subject: Issue with Cross-Progression Transfer (PS4 to Steam)

Dear Support Team,

I attempted to transfer my progress from PS4 to Steam more than 24 hours ago, but the cross-progression has still not been completed.

I have already discussed this matter with a support representative via chat, but there has been no progress so far. I believe this may be a bug or some other technical issue.

If this is indeed a bug preventing the transfer, I would like to request a refund for any in-game purchases or currency associated with my PS4 account.
