The aura (Ascension Crest) is not displaying correctly.

On the character selection screen, my current rank is displayed correctly, but in Ranked Matches and the Training Grounds it still shows as Rookie. I heard that this bug had been fixed before, but it has not been resolved for me yet. I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue.
