The game crashed and I lost r points
Halfway through the game, my game crashed and could not connect back to the current game, resulting in me being deducted 160 points after the game ended.

It's likely that the game ended whilst your game crashed (e.g., All teammates died), hence why you got penalized.
The game is not able to discern actual crashes from those that are artificially caused, so users will still get penalized, even if it's not exactly something in their control.
If you do crash often, it might be best to troubleshoot it. Knowing the game currently has been unstable on certain platforms, especially the console ones, it might not be something you can fix, but it's certainly worth looking into why you might crash to prevent it from happening in the future.
