Just Updated the game i think it was 5gb saw some comments on steam complaining about the 5gb update but the game bugged for me.

This is happening for me as well. I thought maybe it was a driver update issue but it seems it is the game.
Especially in rank in certain servers it's glitchy I will be frozen up to 3 seconds at a time
I all ways though someone was dodos the servers
Another problem is third party software
