Trash Backend

I’m absolutely furious with Apex Legends and EA’s terrible anti-cheat system! I just made a brand new EA account  to play Apex, and within hours, I got PERMANENTLY banned for "gameplay enhancements"—a total lie! I’ve never touched a cheat or hack in my life, and EA can’t even provide a single piece of evidence for this ban. The support is useless too; their appeal process is a joke, and the submit button on the form doesn’t even work half the time. This is such a scam for new players—why bother making a new account if EA just bans you for no reason? Disgusting service from EA.😭
