Trouble loading into games with friends

I'm having trouble getting into games when playing with friends, If I'm the leader of the squad, it only gets me into the match, and leaves the other 2 players in the lobby out of the match, and if I'm not the leader it gets both of the other 2 players in the game but not me, leaving me in the lobby, when this happens their legends fade to black in the lobby
