Unable to Access Passes Section After Buying Horizon Pass
A few days ago, I purchased the Horizon Pass from shop, not owning Horizon beforehand. While I can complete the challenges and receive rewards, I’ve been unable to access the Passes section entirely since the purchase.
I also own the Battle Pass and am still receiving rewards from it, but I can no longer view my progress. Every time I try to open the Passes section—either by selecting it directly or using R1—the game redirects me back to the Play section.
To access the Store and Legend locker I am forced to either click it or use L1 to navigate around the Passes section.
A friend of mine bought the Ash Pass and did not encounter this issue on PlayStation. He already owned Ash before purchasing the pass, so I’m not sure if that’s relevant, but it might help with troubleshooting.
