Unable to buy Apex Coins

Bought Apex Coins twice yesterday or day before yesterday, and it worked fine. But I tried buying the Apex Coins for Rs. 4999 today, and wasn't able to buy coins, my money got deducted. I'm currently playing Apex via Steam and it's linked to my EA account. My money got deducted from the card, and showing Rs. 4999 in my steam account wallet. But it didn't let me get the 6700 Apex Coins which I was buying. I tried several times, but it isn't letting me buy the Apex coins. Please provide me the coins asap. Thanks !
