Unable to purchase amped seasonal collection store skins

Hello,

I wanted to get the new revenant skin but I had opened some packs first, now it says ‘Unavailable’ when I click on the revenant skin to craft it with materials. 
Is this a bug or intentional? I hope it isn’t intentional because I only planned to get the revenant skin.

I got the same problem too 😭😭

I tried talking to EA through chat and their response was this was "these skins were only able to be purchased from the raise hell event". [Edit - CM]

After purchasing several activity packs for the latest skin event of R99, I received the latest skin for R99. However, when I wanted to directly purchase the character skin available for sale in the store using gold coins, it showed that it was not applicable.In order to obtain this skin, I have spent nearly 6,000 gold coins in addition. The reason is that there was a bug in the store, which prevented me from directly purchasing this skin.fix it plz

Same problem, every skin shows as unavailable through the store. PLEASE FIX!

I saw a few other people having this same issue but absolutely no response from anyone, I've tried contacting EA support about this and nothing quite helpful. I opened a few of the new event loot boxes by purchasing them as I was building up crafting material to purchase one of the skins outright. Through the boxes I obtained 32/53 items, getting the Revenant skin, Conduit skin and Ash skin. The one I wanted to purchase was the Octane skin, but when I go to purchase it now that I have the crafting material, it shows up as "Unavailable"? Is this because I own more than half of the pack pool? Why would there be an option to purchase a skin, then make it unavailable to buy later on? It's a bit frustrating because I really wanted to get the octane skin :(

Just wanted to mention that this has been reported, (but I'm not sure what the ETA is).

also quick update, i see that others are also having the problem, but they're posts that are about a week old so, i apologize if this seems to be a repetitive question! Hopefully it gets fixed soon.
