During a Ranked match in Apex, I was disconnected because of a server issue — my internet was stable. Despite this, I received a penalty, a temporary ban, and lost Ranked Points, This was not my fault i never leave a ranked game, and I request yo restore my RP please.

same thing happend to me right now, my internet connection is fine, servers kicks me out and then gives me in 10 kp game penalty its cringe. Cant rejoin session...
New season problem same as always every game there's lag spikes on the constant. Server issue kicks u and u can't rejoin that game. Better off not playing for til they get there event out. Since EA has control they def will have fixed when they release their money maker heirloom event.
