Vantage Locked After Unlocking with Legend Tokens – Ongoing Issue Since July
Hello EA Team,
I am reporting a persistent bug that has affected my Apex Legends account for nearly two months.
- In June of 2025, I unlocked Vantage using 12,000 Legend Tokens
- I was able to play her for approximately 2–3 weeks
- On/about July 12th, Vantage suddenly became locked again, as if I had never purchased her
I submitted a ticket on July 12th (Case #216309451), and again on August 5th and September 2nd. Each time, the response has been that there is "no issue with the account" and that the matter will be "reported as a server bug." However, as of today (September 2nd), the issue has not been resolved, and I still cannot access the Legend I rightfully unlocked.
This is frustrating because:
- Unlocking Legends takes significant time and effort, and I spent 12,000 Tokens to access Vantage
- I have been unable to use her for almost two months, despite repeated follow-ups
- The automated replies I’ve received do not provide a clear resolution or timeframe
I am attaching screenshots of (1) Vantage being locked in my account to confirm the issue and (2) chat logs to show that I'm just getting boiler-plate language responses as 'resolutions'.
Please escalate this matter to the appropriate development or account support team for resolution. I would also appreciate acknowledgment that this is a known bug and guidance on when I can expect Vantage to be unlocked again.
