Vantage Ping Marker Bug

Hi there, 

I use Vantage a lot.  I have noticed her pin marker ability has been having issues for a while.

Sometimes, pinging an enemy will not mark them(the white crosshair above their head), even though Vantage calls them out - this happens with a clear line of sight..  Sometimes the ping is registered, but the marker will display a few seconds later.
