Wallhack bug (I'm not joking)

I have noticed over the past few days, that sometimes you can see a red fuzzy outline of something when strafing. I wandered what it was and it was the red outline of other players. It went away when I got closer, but this needs to be fixed asap!

I have noticed this red outline before, but it looks like artificing or some kind of weird reflection bug or something.

I have included the game code for one of the matches to help this issue get fixed asap. 

You can see it when I am stood near the two buildings on the edge of "the core", near the choke to "cliff side".
