When playing on PS5, if you respawn, your character will have a throwable item equipped instead of a weapon when you resume the mixtape. This is especially problematic after being killed shortly after respawning. Ideally, when you resume the mixtape, your character will have the weapon they had before equipped or nothing equipped, rather than a throwable weapon.
