Are you getting an error when you try to start Apex? If so, what does it say?
When I tried to enter the game, it prompted me that my account had been banned and I was unable to play this game.However, my account does not show that I have been banned.
chunjixianding If the game says that your account is banned, then that cannot be handled on the forums as you would need to contact the EA TOS Team.
