Wondering why I haven't gotten frags yet
Jus tryna find out why I haven't gotten my fragments it says after 500 packs opened your garenteed heirloom fragments an I have yet to get any I've been playing this game since it released.

Its likely that you have made a miscalculation on the Apex pack count, and/or included packs that don't count, as the granting of shards is guranteed and automatic on the opening of the 500th pack.
There's no manual way to check the count atm.

I keep a manual count on a note on my phone, currently 210 of the 500.
