Wrong Ranked Badges Provided After Update

Hi there, this is the second time I've reported on this same bug. I have now been awarded the incorrect ranked badge twice, once for Season 28 and once for Season 4, although I believe I am likely missing more. I would like to request a full review of my account to ensure this issue does not continue to negatively impact myself or others in the community. I made it to Diamond the second split of S28, although I was provided a static Platinum badge after the season ended. I also noticed that my prior issue was never rectified in regard to my S4 badge, as I have the S4 Platinum charm, but only the Bronze badge for that season. It's pretty discouraging to play this game for the ranked rewards just to not get credit for my efforts or receive proper rectification to ensure I am awarded the appropriate badges, as I know this bug has persisted for multiple years and I am not the only one impacted. I believe I received a response with no ETA on a fix before, so I am hopeful there has been progress made since then, as it has been over a year since I last reported it.
