Your account has been disabled bug

I sent two appeals, one for my account being compromised which seems was fixed, and another for my apex legends account and other ea games being disabled.

They sent back confirmation that there was strange activity on my account and that the ban has been lifted but when I try to sign into apex on my PlayStation it still shows up as disabled.

I have sent another request that this gets lifted, as I was hacked and the hacker used cheats to get me banned, I have over 1000 hours on apex legends and several purchases and now that I’m getting back into the game I’d like to play on my original account. 

It says there is no penalty history and in my claims aswell says this has been resolved, I’ve come to assume this is a bug. Please help!!!
