2042 Road to BF6 Rewards Missing

I unlocked the M44 Skin in 2042 for BF6 and was supposed to receive it in BF6, I haven't. 
I have have mail telling me to claim my rewards from the 2042 pass and yet there's nothing to claim and everything's locked.
