BF6 Daily Gifts for Inbox missing
I have login every day since launch day 10/10/2025. I only received Day 1 gift “Tankful” dog tag which disappeared after the claim. Now is probably Day 6 and I still have not received any new message. All I wanted is to be able to claim the missing gifts that was supposed to be in the messages. It can just be Day 4 “Steady Aim” and Day 7 “Deerstalker”. I am a PC-Steam user and I have already linked to both EA and Twitch. I think I have received most of the pre-launch rewards. The only thing missing is the Daily Gifts from the Inbox. Here is the list of gifts that were supposed to be in the inbox. I have already submitted a ticket, hopefully, it will be fixed soon. Bonus challenges not unlocking
I have had problems since the beginning with the challenges not tracking properly which I have reported. The latest is the Red Bull and Weekly bonus challenges are not unlocking. been 2 days and hard to complete time based challenges when they do not unlock when you finish the stated requirements.
Missing Rewards from Phantom Edition, Open Beta, and Road to BF6
Hey everyone, we know some Phantom Edition players haven’t received their rewards yet, and that’s definitely not the experience we want you to have. The Battlefield team is digging into what’s going on and working to get the issue sorted as soon as possible. Thanks so much for hanging in there with us. If you want to check whether your rewards have shown up: Head over to your loadouts section. Then, select a class, appearance, or vehicle to customise. That’s where your skins and weapon package should appear once they’ve landed. Pro Tip: The soldier skins are for NATO only. You can swap your faction from PAX to NATO once you enter the loadout section. Some rewards may also be further down the list when you’re navigating, such as for Assault. I am seeking the the free Battle Pass for BF6 due to the EA app outage.
Hello, I am writing to formally request the free Season 1 and 2 of the Battle Pass promised to EA App users with BF6 Phantom Edition who were unable to access BF6 during the launch day outage on October 10, 2025. Despite being fully impacted by the service disruption, my account has not yet been granted the full access to the seasonal access EA publicly guaranteed in their official apology statement.
Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking
I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing up at all). Some of the skins have unlocked, but most of them haven't. Instant unlocks not unlocked: Brodie( says I need Recruit Tier 0, which is completely unlocked) Speak No Evil( supposed to be a Recon Nato skin, can't find it in Recon loadout at all) Bad Medicine( not in Pax support loadout options, where it should be) SOR 300C Wild Beast ( says I need Recruit Tier 0) Parachute Transparency ( says I need Recruit Tier 0) Ignition (can't find this at all, should be in Pax engineer loadout) 6/12 paid items unlocked - pretty shoddy. Did you even test this before rolling it out to unsuspecting paying customers? Battlepass rewards not unlocked:: Canis Lupus(says it's unlocked in Recruit section of Battlepass, but says I need Battlepass Recruit Tier 2) Unflinching(supposed to be in Nato assault loadout, not even showing up) One thing that really doesn't help is that the names of the skins in the Battlepass UI isn't the same as in the Loadout UI, which gives a generic class name instead of the skin name. A bit of consistency would be helpful. All in all, I'm not very happy with with my BF Pro purchase because I've had to fight the horrible interface and making far too many clicks trying to cross-reference all the missing stuff instead of playing the game. I am playing on Steam and I just finished all of the challenges for the Winter Offensive and my progress is stuck on the Bear Decal. I just bought the Battlefield Pro just to finish this challenge and now I can't reap the rewards? I restarted my game twice and tried playing another match just in case it needed to update but I fear I won't get my rewards now. I know this is an issue but I need to voice my concerns. I will keep this updated if I finally get my rewards.
