Paid Marine Corps Bundle Content Disappeared After Season 2 Update
The "Devil Dog" title, Anchor and ship's wheel icon, and Marine corps charm have been deleted from the game. The charm only exists on weapons I put them on before the launch of the season. The Duty Bound skin is still here, but everything else seems to be gone. CM title edit
Season 2 Battle Pass compensation for Phantom Edition is missing
Phantom Edition Season 2 full battle pass compensation is missing, they're trying to scam us once again. I received the xp boosts in season 1 (after a VERY LONG TIME) but not the season 2 pass. Twitch Drops not appearing in-game
So my issue is: I've 2 days ago attempted to claim my twitch drop rewards linking my ea account to twitch, and since then my rewards haven't come. Twitch told me that it's a problem on EAs end. Steps I've tried fixing: restarted console, reinstalled the game, tried unlinking and relinking on twitch, logout login on both platforms, cleared all cache, vpn on off, network traffic check, airplane mode on off My platform is PS5 And got twitch drops on twitch 9 days ago to 5+ months agoPlz stop making battlefield games plz just butchering the game

Hit Registration
I have seen a few updates regarding this, but I am still experiencing it in every game. I can visually see my bullets go into someone yet hits are not being registered. At the same time, complete opposite problem, I am dying with less than 3 bullets, each one doing less than 20 damage. Example: 17dmg , 17dmg, 17dmg = 51dmg. I'm being killed by this while at full health and a fresh spawn. These are major issues
Versatile skin missing
On October 10th I've bought Twitch subscription to receive Versatile skin. I was able to obtain other Twitch rewards for streaming, however the Versatile skin was not delivered to my account. I lost couple euro and raised a support ticket. However, since then I going back and forth with Support. They asked me multiple times for my username, email, date of purchase etc. (all in the same case # so they could just read the previous emails) just to inform me that I wont receive my skin. For 3-4 months they were claiming that this was passed to the team and there are other users affected. Today I was told that I want receive it due to the some policy/rules. No further explanation. I dont understand, they just took my money and said I wont receive anything. It's a robbery :D cmon! I understand that I paid Twitch but they don't want to help. Probably shared money with EA from all these subscriptions or something. It's not theirs fault that EA cant deliver. So, I don't know what to do next. No help from the Support, nothing from the Community Managers etc. This case could be simply resolved by just granting me some in-game credits or promo code.
Season 2 compensation | Why am I not eligible?
Battlefield recently said that if you haven't received compensation for the season 2 battle pass, then you aren't eligible, but I don't see why I wouldn't be. I pre ordered the phantom edition and wasn't able to play with my friends on launch day. Eventually they gave me the boosters, so I figured I would get the battle pass as well. Apparently not, we don't even know the reasons for being ineligible, but I guess there's something other than just having phantom edition and being affected by the outage.

If you want to check whether your rewards have shown up: Head over to your loadouts section. Then, select a class, appearance, or vehicle to customise. That’s where your skins and weapon package should appear once they’ve landed. Pro Tip: The soldier skins are for NATO only. You can swap your faction from PAX to NATO once you enter the loadout section. Some rewards may also be further down the list when you’re navigating, such as for Assault.
