Adrenaline Injector challenge not tracking

I have the weekly challenge "All modes: Get kills while using the Adrenaline Injector. 0/5"

I've gotten a kill immediately after activating the injector (Within two seconds) and have not had any progress on the challenge.

I've noticed that the icon for the challenge is the Engineer icon, but the adrenaline injector can only be used by assault. Perhaps the challenge is attributed to the wrong class?

I'm playing on Steam. Please let me know if you need any additional information and I will provide it. Thank you!

    It's been a while since you posted this but I am having the same problem. I am stuck at 28/30 adrenaline kills. I need this to unlock the spawn beacon. 

    I also need the beacon to complete one of the season pass challenges. They lock a challenge by requiring a hugged challenge they had time to learn about.

    It's still not tracking properly.

    It's such a poorly thought out challenge anyway. Like they did have challenge for Assault then just randomly came up with 'how about get kills immediately after using the adrenaline injection' last minute and they decided to keep it. But then 30 kills too.
