Title: Attachment Bug – Grip Attachments Not Applying Correctly
I'm experiencing an issue with certain weapon attachments, particularly grips, not working as intended. The attachments appear to be properly equipped in my loadout, but when I enter the firing range or an actual match, the grip either doesn't appear on the weapon at all or is visually equipped without applying its intended effects. The only workaround I've found so far is switching from one grip to another, which seems to temporarily fix the issue. However, the problem continues to occur. I'd appreciate it if the team could look into this issue and confirm whether it's a known bug or if there's a more permanent solution available.
Ghost Saboteur Skin Still Locked After Completing Phantom Program 6 Twice | PS5
Hello Battlefield Support Team, I am reporting a bug in Battlefield 6 REDSEC on PlayStation 5. Issue: Ghost Saboteur operator skin remains locked despite completing the Phantom Program 6 challenge twice. I successfully completed the required challenge on two separate occasions, but the game has not awarded me the Ghost Saboteur skin. Platform: PlayStation 5 Game Mode: REDSEC Battle Royale Challenge: Phantom Program 6 Missing Reward: Ghost Saboteur Operator Skin Date Reported: October 9, 2026 Expected Result: The Ghost Saboteur skin should unlock after successfully completing all required challenge objectives. Actual Result: The skin remains locked despite my attempts to complete the challenge. I have attached screenshots showing my challenge progress and the locked operator skin. I also contacted EA Support twice today but was unable to reach a human advisor despite waiting for an extended period. Previous EA Support Case: #256280071 Please investigate this issue, verify my challenge completion history, and ensure that the missing reward is granted if I have met the requirements. If this is a known bug, please confirm whether a fix is being worked on. Thank you.
Phantom Program Victory Uncompleted
I won a game of REDSEC QUADs while carrying the Fragment and the mission got marked as completed. I couldn't see the skin so I logged out and logged back in and the mission got marked incomplete. Has anyone had this before? Any way to get it fixed without having to spend time getting another win with the fragment?
Phantom Program "Exfiltrate with a code fragment" not registering — REDSEC Quads
PLATFORM: PC GAME / MODE: Battlefield 6 — REDSEC, Battle Royale, Quads (non-ranked) FEATURE: Season 4 — Phantom Program (progress 4/9) DATE / TIME: September 16, 2026, ~02:24–02:35 ET AFFECTED CHALLENGE: "Exfiltrate with a code fragment" — still shows 0/1 after successful completion. This also blocks the follow-up challenge "Exfiltrate with 1 fragment in 3 consecutive matches" (0/1). ISSUE: Our full squad (4 players) successfully exfiltrated with a code fragment in REDSEC Battle Royale (Quads, non-ranked). The challenge did not register — progress stayed at 0/1 for all four squad members. This occurred after ~18 hours of continuous play grinding the Phantom Program. EXPECTED: Challenge advances to 1/1 (complete) on successful exfiltration with a code fragment. ACTUAL: Stays 0/1 for all four affected accounts. AFFECTED ACCOUNTS (in-game IDs): - Trisha_187Qc - NickitaQc - Qclaroche - Bourgeois-_- EVIDENCE: Video proof available — Autoclip-REDSEC-Victoire.mp4 plus two replay clips (02:24 and 02:35). Attached / available on request. IMPACT & URGENCY: This blocks the entire remaining Phantom Program chain (Phantom 7 and 8 are locked behind this step) and its reward (Holm / Panoptique 8 skin — "Sabotage Fantôme"). Season 4 ends in ~4 weeks, leaving a limited window to complete it.
Phantom Program Progression Not Tracking Consistently for Different Players
Description/Summary: My 3 buddies and I completed all the steps of the Phantom Program together and successfully extracted one round where I was holding the fragment. They all received the Phantom Saboteur skin and showed the Phantom Program tasks checked off, but I did not. At the end of the round, it showed that I had successfully completed 1/3 wins toward the Phantom Program, and the next round playing with randoms it notified my new squad that I was making an attempt at a second in a row win for Phantom Program. Steps To Reproduce: I had opened 7/30 Dark Ops crates (my buddies had not opened all 30 either). I had previously picked up the pistol many times, discovered the message with the black light many times, and picked up the code fragment many times before we won our round with the fragment. However, none of those tasks were green for me on the Challenge Progress page, they were all red with obfuscated details "???". How often do you experience this: I haven't won with the fragment a second time yet, but I did finish checking off the 30 Dark Ops crates. That individual step did turn green, and afterward I had to redo all the other steps (picking up the pistol, finding the message 3x, picking up the code fragment, etc.) Additional information: I would have thought this was normal behavior and the 30 Dark Ops crates had to be opened before completing any other Phantom Program assignment steps, but my 3 friends who won the round with me got the skin and progression updates even though they hadn't opened all the boxes. So there is inconsistency. Note that on Reddit and other platforms there are other people describing this same situation, so it's not unique to my account. Platform: PC Severity: Minor, but really sucks for people putting tons of hours into the Phantom Program to not have a win recorded
Ranked Bug Reset
Hey EA, I ended Season 4 at Master 1, but after the Season 5 rank reset, I was placed in Gold 1. I’ve been told this might be a bug, as several of my friends who also finished last season at Master rank were placed in Diamond 1. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Is this a known bug, or is there a reason for the difference in rank placements? Please fix this.Shoulder fired anti- air rockets.
Slm-93a now has 2 problems, 1 As a lazer guided missle it still can't lock on at any hieght. Msg appears ( below radar). 2 it now can be blocked using flares, but flares are for heat seeking. Igla now has a similar problem, while be an aim guided rocket it too can be blocked using flares. So with now both anti-air rockets useless against aircrafts map like area-51 become nearly unplayable cause you can't clear the air to give troops and vehicles a chance to move.
Glitch with gun animation
when choosing NVO-228E gun and scope: QMK 3.00x there's an option to have a secondary scope. After choosing 1.00x sight to be alongside the main scope and turning it on in game the gun is pointed towards the ceiling as well as the hands holding the gun which obstructs the view but shooting is still possible it's just you have no idea where are you shooting =)
