Aim Snap Issue

I’m having a recurring issue in both multiplayer and campaign where occasionally when I ADS my character will spin around 180 degrees and aim at nothing. It is hard to reliably replicate but occurs maybe every 30-45 minutes of gameplay.

I am playing on PS5 using controller.
