Allow server settings update to occur when changing custom experience settings

Having to shut down the server just for new settings to apply is such a pain because of the game quota exceeded message it makes it so difficult because then even after the server is created the message still appears

We need a way to update the server within the server or through the experience. 

Also reoccurring server messages are blank green box
