Annoying crazy background sound

Hi everyone, I'm sick of the background sound in the menu, I mean like the radio sound, the weird crackling voice, like a ghost voice in the background, the voices like from a walkie-talkie. Now it's just a noise that's driving me crazy and someone at EA said, "Let's do something that will make players stop playing this game." It's like the kind of sound you would use to intentionally annoy someone! I've checked all the sound settings but nothing seems to work to mute it. Does anyone know how I can turn it off?, I´ve everything on 0 volume, only effect and main audio is on.
all the time if I waiting for respawning I have to mute audio, because those sound are very horrible. Please please please, remove them or add bar for this audio.

P.S. The audio in the game is still horrible, the game can't handle that many sounds at once.
