I completed the Assault Class Assignment 1 and the deploy beacon has not unlocked yet. I've tried restarting the game and my xbox, tracking and untracking, and have played numerous games. This has been the situation for a few days now too. Please advise.

It would seem as though the issue may lie in the class badges not actually being issued despite full green bars on both sub-tasks within the challenge FWIW.
I noticed that the badge wasn't present on the loadout screen.
I then went into the badges to see if there were any leads as to the cause or what not.
I have tried several remedies after doing some internet research of the issue with no luck:
