Audio cuts out in game and other things to PC (Like Discord Party)

I work on my computer for a living and game most of my free time all type of games. 

I want to note i bought the 100 dollar phantom edition through Steam. 

I have never run into an issue like this. When I load up the game eventually the audio will start cutting out for about 2-5 seconds which doesn't seem too bad, except when it does it every minute or so. 

I Have a Geforce RTX 3080 TI with AMD Ryzen 9 7900 with ROG Crosshair x670E Hero Motherboard on windows 11 pro.

I have played an hour and half of gameplay and after the game loads, give it 5 minutes the glitch will start happening and then continues in game. 

I have changed all audio settings on both pc and within individual application, i have changed settings that have to do with the usb ports in case maybe its a port issue, I have updated all drivers. 

I don't know what to do.
