Repairing does not register as score.
For the first few games, I received all the scores for repairing, but after a certain time, it just stops registering, and it has been like this for a day now. You start repairing, and it gives you 20 points and stops there. It doesn't register for the challenges as well.2.1KViews37likes20CommentsIt's been 88 days and I still haven't received my BF6 EA Play Rewards
I purchased EA play solely for the in-game BF6 rewards. I purchased an annual subscription a day before BF6 launch. I created my first support case on October 12th. It is now January 8th (88 days since my first case), and support STILL have yet to fix my issue of missing items. I purchased EA play through the EA app, while I purchased BF6 through steam. I have both accounts properly linked up (as confirmed on the "connected accounts" page in EA account settings). The subscription advertises that users will receive the BF6 deployment pack and Season 1 pack as part of owning an active EA play subscription (this is shown on the "member rewards" page on the EA play webpage). I've confirmed with numerous support agents that those who bought the subscription via the EA app but own the game through steam, are still eligible for the in-game EA play rewards. This is further confirmed by the support agent today who had said and I quote "As long as your Steam account and EA App account are linked to the same EA Account, the rewards purchased via EA Play (EA App) will sync to your Battlefield 6 profile on Steam". The problem is, it's been months now and the rewards still have not "synced". I've made numerous support tickets, and nobody has been able to solve this issue for me. They won't even give me any updates or progress reports. I've checked my in-game inbox daily to see if I claim the rewards, and there's been nothing. This whole thing borders on the lines of false advertising. They advertise a product but yet fail to deliver the goods of said product. They took my $40 and ran it seems, and it's like pulling teeth trying to get this issue fixed, or at the very least get some communication from them. I've asked for a refund countless times, yet they say that can't do that for me. Which seems to be untrue because another forum post had an EA community manager say that the subscription can be refunded under certain circumstances. This whole situation is completely unacceptable. It was not like this at all for battlefield 2042. I purchased EA play through the EA app, but I owned bf2042 through steam. I got my rewards no problem, except for one month where I was missing them. I reached out to support and they fixed the problem within a day. Why has it taken 88 days for BF6 and still no resolution? This is the complete opposite experience I had with customer support for 2042...5Views0likes0CommentsBattlefield 6 Battle Pass Rewards in Battlefield 2042
I purchased Battlefield VI on Steam after the free week ended. However, upon launching the game, the rewards for the Battlefield 2042 Battle Pass were not unlocked. My inbox only contained an email confirming I completed the Battle Pass; there were no other buttons or options related to rewards. The War Preparations skins for soldiers were listed as unusable.5Views0likes0CommentsNo rewards from completing week chellenges
Case #234256038 BF6-Steam PC Occasionally, when I complete a weekend mission, I do not receive the Battle Pass points that should be awarded for completing it. The mission is marked as completed, but no points are added to my Battle Pass progress. This issue has happened multiple times, and due to this bug I have already lost more than 20 Battle Pass points in total. It seems to occur randomly and not with every weekend mission, which makes it difficult to predict or avoid. Please investigate this issue, as it directly affects Battle Pass progression and rewards. UPDATE: A few weeks ago I opened a case regarding a bug that was not granting rewards for completed challenges in BF6. I communicated about this issue with an advisor. A few days ago the case was marked as FIXED however the bug happened again when I rerolled a mission so I updated the case via resume case. After another conversation with the advisor I was told that I would be contacted by email with the result. However I never received any email and the case status is now showing waiting on player even though I have no option to open a live chat with an advisor. As I mentioned no email has arrived either.6Views0likes0Comments"Acquire combat vehicle near The Seal" is not tracking
The exploration challenge says "Acquire combat vehicle near The Seal". This is my last incomplete exploration challenge (so I know what I am doing). I've spent the last 2 weeks focused on nothing but this challenge alone. There are 3 vehicle spawn trailers around The Seal (2 are where the minimap still says "The Seal" at the bottom, 1 is adjacent to it between The Seal and Radar site) I've completed missions, acquired vehicle cards, and opened the vehicle trailers at all 3. Many times (2 weeks worth of games). Over and over and over.111Views0likes2CommentsBattlefield 6 will not let me use the bundle I bought
I bought the Ursus Major bundle but am unable to use the icepick and thus denied part of the bundle I payed for (picture 2). The support ai was entirely unhelpful and only told me wrong and irrelevant information and now I cant email them I only get an email back saying to resume case, but there is no option to resume case, there is only an option to close the case (picture 1). Do not buy any store bundles unless you are willing to not receive any items in return,3Views0likes0CommentsThe cause of mouse stuttering when pressing keys has been 100% found
I'll try to be brief🙂 The bug itself is that when quickly pressing certain keys on the keyboard while simultaneously moving the mouse left and right, the image stutters. However, there's a catch: every time the game is restarted, there seems to be some kind of buffer that fills with the first 4-8 keys pressed on the keyboard. So, if, for example, I press the W,A,D,C,R,Q,S keys first, there's a 99% chance the bug won't affect them. However, the keys pressed after this (from about the eighth key and so on) will reproduce the bug. Moreover, this buffer can "fill" even by clicking the keyboard in the menu. And if the first keys pressed weren't the ones needed for comfortable, dynamic play with parallel mouse movement, then only a reboot and a new input will help. I tested this theory on almost 100 game restarts. And now the first thing I do before a game is enter training mode with my mouse, click the necessary W,A,D,C,R,S,Space,Shift and continue playing calmly. But it shouldn't work like that!🙄 My guide on this topic is on Steam - https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3626300845 UPD: An interesting observation from steam/ZongerX is that when pressing problematic keys, Javelin Anti-Cheat activity increases in Task Manager (in my case, by ~3%). However, the problem most likely isn't the extra CPU load itself, but rather that the anti-cheat starts some background checks at that moment on those keys that did not end up in the "safe" buffer and those that are not pressed together with "Alt".3.6KViews48likes53Comments
