Auto vaulting from cover does not always work

Hello 

Lots of times when in cover and try to use the aim with the right mouse button  (when i see the arrow indicator) it does not aim from cover , vaulting, but instead just aim without vault and need to manually press f to vault.

This was happening when cover in crouch stance behind sandbags or other obstacles but not when lean in walls and corners
