RPG Aim down sight Brightness bug
This bug is triggered anytime you aim down sight with the RPG only and seems to be on certain maps worse than others. Example, this current bug like what's going on in the attached video is unplayable on maps like Firestorm where the brightness just ramps up as if hit by a flashbang. The issue has been reported several times but was only partially addressed and now is abandoned so I'm making a new post for this because it needs to be fixed.
BSOD in Battlefield 6 — eaanticheat.sys driver crash
Battlefield 6 repeatedly crashes my PC to BSOD during gameplay. Bugcheck code 0x0000000A (IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL). I analyzed the crash dumps in WinDbg and confirmed the fault is in eaanticheat.sys, not a third-party driver. Crash signature (consistent across all crashes): Bugcheck: 0x0000000A Faulting module: eaanticheat.sys Symbol: eaanticheat+4c1623c Failure hash: {d544cf09-4735-e698-77c3-5df5924e5448} Process: bf6.exe Troubleshooting completed, no change: RAM tested (MemTest86, passed), GPU stress tested (OCCT, passed), full clean reinstall of BF6 with manual anti-cheat service removal, Memory Integrity/VBS disabled, Windows Defender toggled off, tested without third-party peripheral software, PCIe power management set to Off, RAM at stock JEDEC (no XMP). Same crash signature every time regardless of these changes. System: ASUS Z790 Gaming WiFi, Windows 11, game via Steam This appears to be a driver-level bug in the Javelin anti-cheat, not a system configuration issue on my end. Please escalate to the anti-cheat engineering team. I have the full .dmp files available if needed.
Bugs and issues with Season 4
The air radar is once again not showing any enemies (and map boundaries are not visible on it). If you fire a missile with a fighter jet at a tank and the tank use smoke, you no longer receive any information if a missile misses. Black Screen after leaving a Round (again) No tiles appear in the main menu if you were in the shop or the loadout, etc. (only a restart helps) No screen information when a hand grenade is nearby. (since month) Audio: I'm still having trouble hearing enemy footsteps behind me; often I can't hear vehicles either. It's as if a certain number of sounds are played and then these are cut out. (since month) The mortar's alternative firing mode is totally clunky/buggy (where you aim via the minimap). If I want to change my class skin at the beginning or during a round, I'm shown the skins of the other faction (if I'm NATO, I see Pax skins, and vice versa), and then I can't change my skin. (since season 3, two month now) RPGs/guided missiles, Javelins, and the other rocket launcher are overpowered against boats, helis and far too precise; for example, on Tsuru, you can hit a boat at over 500 meters, even in choppy waters. At the same time, it's difficult to hit enemies at that distance and with the waves while on a boat. RPGs are just sniper (i am not talking about dmg!) (it is since month now). Little Birds are OP (especially on tsuru) A little bird can easily decide an entire round if there's a "pro" in there who gets 100 kills and thus ruins the game for 32 other people. Boats are paper The game doesn't handle jumping and sliding well; shots are often not registered. It shouldn't be the case that people who jump can still shoot so accurately. Nearly every Round High Pinger/ VPN abuser on top of the scoreboard Since today's update, I'm getting shot around corners again. Since today's update, my FPS often drops to around 30 FPS. Waves are inconsistent and there are areas where there are no waves (which makes no sense) (on Tsuru) Why are game modes being removed from the game that people bought the game for, and why are there still skins that have to be unlocked through these modes? Why can't you buy individual skins? Without useless pictures etc BR Skin challenges are impossible with randoms Why is the phantom program comming for redsec only? Was tsuru even tested? Will there ever be a patch without problems? Why have some bugs been in the game for months? Does anyone even read this? Thx
EVGA Drivers trip anti-cheat
On launch, I get a Security Violation notice: "EA AntiCheat has detected an incompatible driver. Please update or disable 'c:\programfiles (x86)\evga\kernel\driver-x64.sys' and restart. (119)". The only thing I can think of is that I use EVGA Precision X1 to manage my graphics card(An EVGA 2080Ti)
Memory Leak
After playing a match or two the game the game starts laggint then freezing or just shutting down. In event viewer i first get "Application pop-up: Windows - Out of Virtual Memory : Your system is low on virtual memory. " then "Windows successfully diagnosed a low virtual memory condition. The following programs consumed the most virtual memory: bf6.exe (2796) consumed 174116458496 bytes" Thats about 174BG(!!!!!!) of virtual memory.
Bug Report: Battlefield 6 Timeout Issue During Matchmaking
PC (Windows 10) Description: During matchmaking on Steam, the game disconnects with “长时间未**bleep**作” (timeout due to inactivity) error after approximately 1 minute, when the progress bar has only reached about 10%. Round in discarded NVO magazine is misaligned
On reloads with rounds left in a mag the round left in the magazine is sticking out of it, should look the same as in a fresh full magazine. How to reproduce: reload NVO with more than 1 round in the magazine (counter in the lower right corner must be 2 or higher). Attached a video too in case just a screenshot isn't enough.Endurance tier one challenge still bugged.
After completing the gauntlet tier one endurance challenge four weeks ago, the reward sticker is still locked and blacked out. This isn’t an isolated problem. Me and other players across other platforms who play gauntlet/br are having this issue with this as well. I understand the new season just came out and things are quite busy, but this issue has been around for over a month. It would be great for us to use the rewards that we put time in to get.
