Badge won't unlock after challenge done

I've just completed Support specialist challenge, but the badge won't unlock.

Some people say that restarting the game will simply fix the issue, but it doesn't work for me

I have restarted my game several times and it's still the same.

Can you please fix it? or let me know any workaround to fix it?
